Timeline is empty	No completed event, filter, generation state, or workspace availability
Markdown export is broken	Completed generation, file links, and download policy
Notion export fails	Connector, destination permission, parent page, and write behavior
Confluence export fails	Connector, space/page access, and destination
Slack notification is missing	Workspace, channel, bot membership, and configured channel

Safe recovery

Preserve the last known-good export.
Disable auto-sync while investigating overwrites.
Reauthenticate the destination connector.
Run a manual update on a pilot repository.
Regenerate only when the current docs are backed up and the owning team agrees.
Do not delete the repository or target folder as a troubleshooting shortcut.
